Intended purpose
The Preformed Nasal Endotracheal tube is intended into the trachea for the primary purpose of establishing and maintaining a patent airway and to ensure the adequate exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide.

Suggested instruction for use-uncuffed ETTs

1. Healthcare professionals should check patients'trachea at first, in order to select the appropriate specification and confirm that the ETTs should be inserted into trachea through the nasal;
2. Carefully remove the sterile tracheal tubes from its protective packaging;
3. The patency of the main tube lumen should be visual checked prior to intubation;
4. Intubate the patient following currently accepted medical techniques, a laryngoscope should be used to check the inserted condition of endotracheal tubes;
5. Fix the tube of the patient following currently accepted medical techniques;
6. Patient conditions should be monitored during intubation period, and sputum should be cleaned;
7. Extubate the patient following currently accepted medical standards. Dispose of the tracheal tube.

Contraindication

• Throat edema
• Acute inflammation of trachea
• Tracheal compression of thoracic aortic aneurysm
• Severe bleeding
• Cervical spinal injuries

Cautions

1. Single use only. Do not use when expired;
2. Only for tracheal intubation trained healthcare personnel use;
3. Intubation period should not exceed 30 days;
4. Do not apply laser on the tube;
5. The product is sterile, do not us if the package is opened or damaged;
6. Choose the suitable specification of Endotracheal tube according to patient's age, sex, body size and other actual situation;
7. After use, product and packaging should be disposed according to hospital requirement or environmental protection requirement.

Product safe disposal
Used Endotracheal Tube and its handling of accessories should be disposed in sanitary container to prevent possible contamination and cross infection.

Storage
Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid exposure to harmful substances.
