Structure and Composition
The device consists of a control handle, a basket, a sheath, a water-sealing cap (optional), and an introducer (optional). The control handle is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), the basket is made of nickel-titanium alloy, the sheath is made of polyimide (PI), and the water-sealing cap and introducer are made of polypropylene (PP). The product is sterilized with ethylene oxide.
Indications
This device is intended for use in urology and digestive system procedures to grasp, manipulate, and retrieve stones and other foreign bodies under endoscopy.

Contraindications
Use with caution in individuals allergic to the materials of this product.
Instructions for Use
- Inspect the product packaging for any damage; if damaged, do not use. Also, check the product itself for any damage; if damaged, do not use.
- Remove the stone retrieval basket from the packaging, slide the push block on the handle to check if the basket opens and closes smoothly, and set the basket to the "closed" position.
- Attach the water-sealing cap to the endoscope and secure it; insert the introducer into the water-sealing cap hole.
- Use the introducer to guide the stone retrieval basket into the working channel of the endoscope. Advance the basket through the endoscope's working channel to the target location, passing the stone or foreign body while keeping the basket closed.
- Slide the push block on the handle to open the basket; encircle the stone or foreign body within the basket, then slide the push block to close the basket.
- When the stone or foreign body is enclosed, withdraw both the endoscope and the stone retrieval basket simultaneously; or retract only the stone retrieval basket through the endoscope's working channel.
Precautions, Warnings, and Tips
- This product should be operated by a professional physician trained in endoscopic lithotripsy procedures.
- This device is conductive; avoid contact with any electrical appliances.
- If a laser is used during the procedure, do not direct the laser at the device.
- Exercise caution during operation to avoid perforation or trauma to the membrane and related tissues.
- If resistance is encountered during stone retrieval, do not forcefully pull, as this can cause tissue damage and device failure. Instead, release the stone or foreign body and advance the basket to retract it.
- This device is used in conjunction with an endoscope, which should have a working channel of at least 1.0mm.
- Medical staff may choose to use the water-sealing cap provided with the endoscope based on actual conditions.
- This product is for single use only; do not reuse or re-sterilize.
- Dispose of waste according to hospital or environmental regulations.
Storage Conditions
Store in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area, free from corrosive gases and with a maximum humidity of 80%.
