Intended use
When the medical staff establish the artificial airway and conduct anesthesia ventilation operation for patients, the disposable laryngeal mask should be used.

Directions
1. Checking the product packaging bag before used, and then tearing open the packaging to take out the product to check it appearance and performance. If the product or the packaging is damaged, please don't use it;
2. Completely pumping out the air inside the mask with a syringe before laryngeal insertion;
3. Before laryngeal insertion, using the water-soluble lubricant to spread on the laryngeal mask back;
4. Let the patient be supine position, the doctor stand on the side of the patient's head, and then let the patient mild head back to expose the diameter of the back of the mouth;
5. Putting the connection place of the mask and tube between the index finger and the thumb, and the pushing up the top of the mask to let it against and tile in the hard palate. The aperture of the mask should face forward and the nigra line of the ventilation tube back should face the upper lip. Pushing down the lower jaw by hand softly and pushing the laryngeal mask into the throat depths by thumb.
6. When the laryngeal mask be putted in the proper position, filling the air into the mask with a syringe, and observing the pressure indicator state to confirm the tightness of the mask at the same time;
7. Fixing the laryngeal mask to ensure it don't be moved;
8. The respiratory device is connecting to the laryngeal mask gas source connector and begins to use;
9. The laryngeal mask for short-term oral mucosa contact, so the insertion time should not be more than 24 hours;
10. Dialing out the laryngeal mask after pumped out the air inside the mask when the patient was sober.
 
Contraindication
1. The patient for satiation, higher abdominal pressure, or high risk of vomiting and reverse flow aspiration.
2. The patient have vomiting and reverse flow habit in the history.
3. The patient for throat infection or other pathological changes.
4. The surgery must maintain positive pressure ventilation.
5. The patient with respiratory tract bleeding.
6. Ventilation pressure should be bigger than 25cmH2O of patients with chronic respiratory diseases.
7. The patient with small mouth, big tongue or tonsil abnormal enlargement.

Cautions
1. Single use only. Prohibit repeated use, otherwise it will lead to bacterial infection. Do not use when it expires.
2. This product is only for operational use by medical staffs;
3. The product is sterilized by ETO, prohibited to use if packaging is damaged;
4. The medical staff select the appropriate laryngeal mask should be based on the patient's age, gender, body weight and other actual conditions;
5. The actual inflation pressure of the laryngeal mask should not be bigger than the specified pressure;
6. After use, the product and packaging should be disposed according to hospital or environmental requirements.

Product safe disposal
Used Laryngeal Mask and its handling of accessories should be disposed in sanitary container to prevent possible contamination and cross infection.

Sterilization
Product was sterilized by Ethylene Oxide and aseptically packaged.

Sterile Expiration Date
The expiry date is 5 year since the sterilize date.

Storage
Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid exposure to harmful substances.
