Intended use
The Mucus Extractor is designed for extracting respiratory secretions from patients and is operated by medical staff.
Contraindication
- Patients with Serious breathing difficulties.
- respiratory tract and injury are prohibited to use.
Directions for use
- Choose the appropriate model specifications of the suction catheter based on clinical need.
- Peel off the individual packaging and remove the catheter.
- Check the suction catheter for smooth flow and integrity before intubation.
- Connect the adapter of the suction catheter to the negative pressure source and slowly insert the tube into the patient's mouth or nose.
- Adjust the negative pressure during suction by tightening or relaxing the adjustment port.
Cautions
- Do not reuse or use expired products. Read the instructions carefully before use.
- Only nursing staff should operate this product.
- Do not use if packaging is damaged as the product is sterilized by ETO.
- When suctioning from the endotracheal tube, move and turn the suction tube to prevent suction in one position for an extended period.
- Dispose of the product and packaging according to hospital or environmental regulations after use.
- Choose the right size of suction catheter when suctioning from the endotracheal tube based on the inner diameter of the tube.

Used Mucus extractor and its handling of accessories should be disposed in sanitary container to prevent possible contamination and cross infection.
Storage condition
Store in a dry, ventilated, cool place, avoid contacting with harmful substances.
