Intended use
For pediatric or adult patients who required anesthesia, artificial ventilation or other respiratory support.

Directions
1. Peek off the individual packaging, take out the product. Before use, inject air into the cuff and check if there is leakage of the cuff .
2. If found there is leakage of the cuff when product in use, shall replace a same size of tracheostomy tube immediately.
3. Gently insert the Tracheotomy tube from the incision into the trachea and rapidly take out the intubating stylet.
4. Place the cotton belt around patient's neck and fix firmly.
5. Inject appropriate volume of air into the cuff and check regularly.
6. Finally to assure the tube be the correct position, fixed and reliable. And regularly check;
7. Nursing according to the "Tracheostomy tube intubation" during the intubation; after use, exhausting the cuff air and pull out the tube gently.
 
Contraindication
Patients with acute throat illness, Trachea acute inflammation, Subglottic inflammation or neoplasm, Thoracic aortic aneurysm compressing the trachea, Cervical spine injury and too long intubation time are prohibited to use.

Cautions
1. This product is disposable products, prohibit re-use and use the expired products, read the instructions carefully before use;
2. This product is only for operational use by trained physicians;
3. The product is sterilized by ETO, prohibited to use if packaging is damaged;
4. Physicians should select the suitable size of tracheostomy tube according to the actual situation of the patient's age, sex and body status, etc.; 
5. Patients with prolonged use tracheostomy tube, shall deflate and refill the cuff every one hour;

Product safe disposal
Used tracheostomy tube and its handling of accessories should be disposed in sanitary container to prevent possible contamination and cross infection.

Sterilization
Product was sterilized by Ethylene Oxide and aseptically packaged.

Sterile Expiration Date
The expiry date is 5 year since the sterilize date.

Storage
Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid exposure to harmful substances.
