Product Description
Filter for Breathing Machines
Bacterial viral filter is used for filtering bacteria,particle which is above 0.5um in breathing machine and anesthesia machine and to increase the gas moisture degree.
Compose
Bacterial viral filter is composed of top cover,filtering material and lower cover.
Product performance
- The cone joint of the bacterial viral filter should be accord with the requirements specified in YY1040.1-2003.
- Filtering efficiency: particle above 0.5um, the filtering rate should not be less than 99.9%.
- Leak rate should not exceed than 25mL/min.
- Under the condition of flow 30L/min, airflow resistance should smaller than 0.3kp.
Contraindications
- Use together with a humidifier or a spray is prohibited: Caution the patients with excessive secretions
- When the respirator or anesthesia machine's tidal volume more than 1L or less than 0.15L
- Patients with obstructive ventilator defect
- Use with caution for infant
- The medical staff that do not apply
Directions for use
- Check if the connector size fitting with respirator or anesthesia machine
- Accurately connect both side of breathing system filter with tube/machine
- Check if the interface is solid, should be use tap to prevent accidental removal in necessary.
Note and warning:
- Sterile unless package is opened or damaged
- The product after the period of validity is strictly prohibited
- For single use only
- Please under the supervisions of medical staff
- Do not use for more than 24 hours
