Intended use
Disposable silicone external catheter is used for male external catheterization for patients with urinary incontinence or hemiplegic. It shall be used together with urine drainage bag, and collect urine. It will contact with patients'skin and it is a short term use product.

Directions
1. According to clinical needs, choose the appropriate size of silicone external catheter.
2. Peel off the individual pack and take out the product.
3. Before use, check if the catheter damage or not
4. Position over tip of penis then unroll the latex sleeve over entire length, use the adhesive tape around top of sleeve to penis avoiding constriction.
5. Affix distal end to drainage tubing of urine bag, for collecting urine.
6. After fixing the external catheter, fasten the urine bag according to the nursing requirements, if seen urine flow into the urine bag.
 
Contraindication
The patients with genital skin injury or urine eczema disabled are prohibited to use.

Cautions
1.This product is disposable products, prohibit re-use and use the expired products, read the instructions carefully before use;;
2. This product is only for operational use by nursing staff;
3. The product is sterilized by ETO, prohibited to use if packaging is damaged;
4. The position for fastening the urine bag shall be lower above 15cm than the external distal end.
5. After use, the product and packaging should be disposed according to hospital or environmental requirements.

Product safe disposal
Used External Catheter and its handling of accessories should be disposed in sanitary container to prevent possible contamination and cross infection.

Sterilization
Product was sterilized by Ethylene Oxide and aseptically packaged.

Sterile Expiration Date
The expiry date is 3 year since the sterilize date.

Storage
Store in dry, ventilated and cool place, avoid exposure to harmful substances.
